What to expect
After contacting me we'll set up a booking for your dog walk. You can choose when you'd prefer me to come and I'll do my best to accommodate. The day of their walk, I'll show up between 9AM-2PM to walk your dog. I usually let them sniff me or I'll play with them for a minute or two. Then we will walk around the neighborhood for about 30 minutes. Sometimes, dogs don't want to walk the full time. That's ok, because I won't force them to walk if they really don't want to. I often talk to them on walks and reinforce their training, usually with the assistance of treats. Sometimes, if my schedule is light for the day, I might take your dog on a hike or to the beach. I love doing this when I get the opportunity to. After the walk, you will receive a message from me with pictures, a brief description of the walk, and whether or not they did their business. At the end of the week, you'll be expected to pay for the week's walks.
What makes me different?
I will not walk more than three dogs together. I will take every opportunity to stimulate your dog's mind, including training reinforcement, and play. You have the choice for me to walk your dog alone or have them socialize with other dogs.
This is for your dog's safety as well as the other people's on the sidewalk, and to give your dog the personalized attention they need. I will also take them into the woods or the beach to encourage mental stimulation.
