What My Clients Say
"They warmed up to him on the first visit!"
“My husband and I have three dogs, all with different personalities and we highly recommend Travis for all their needs. As our dogs recognize people that are good with animals, they warmed up to him on the first visit! We highly recommend Travis and if the dogs could talk they would too!” (Divi, Canela, Ruba)
Christine
"I would highly recommend Travis"
“Travis has been a wonderful addition to my dog’s life. He always goes the extra mile to make sure that he is happy and well cared for. He is very responsible and communicative about their walks together, through texts and pictures. He will text me if he is running late between clients. I would highly recommend Travis to anyone looking for a responsible, caring and trustworthy dog walker who truly enjoys his job.” (Beau)
Cheryl
“We always felt Cheerio was extremely safe and well cared for.”
“Travis was a wonderful walker and sitter for our dog Cheerio over the last year. We always felt she was extremely safe and well cared for when she was with him, and she was always thrilled to see him and came home from walks happy and tired. Travis also boarded her for us for several days while we traveled- and he shared tons of photos and updates of their adventures. The peace of mind we had while Cheerio was with Travis meant the world. We will miss having Travis be our regular walker, and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and caring walker/sitter for your pet!” (Cheerio)

Get to Know Me
I’m Travis, a full-time dog walker and pet sitter based in Rowley. I started walking Sadie, a German Shepherd, in April 2025, and before that I spent two years walking dogs and pet sitting full-time for a busy small business in the Boston area.
I specialize in gentle, patient handling, training reinforcement on walks, and giving each animal time to warm up at their own pace. At home, I live with two cats, Chewy and Maple, who supervise all admin work.

What to expect
For Walks:
After contacting me we'll set up a meeting so I can meet you and your dog and discuss any concerns or address any questions. Most walks take place between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. I’ll give you a time window once we set up your schedule. I usually let them sniff me or I'll play with them for a minute or two. Then we will walk around the neighborhood or we'll hop in the car and go somewhere fun. Sometimes, dogs don't want to walk the full time. That's ok, because I won't force them to walk if they really don't want to. I often talk to them on walks and reinforce their training, usually with the assistance of treats. Sometimes, if my schedule is light for the day, I might take your dog on a hike or to the beach. I love doing this when I get the opportunity to. After the walk, you will receive a message from me with pictures, a brief description of the walk, and whether or not they did their business. At the end of the week, you'll be expected to pay for the week's walks.
For Pet Sitting Services:
We will set up a meeting and you'll introduce me to your pet and discuss the care they need. While you are away, I will feed them dinner, stay at your house overnight, feed them breakfast, and administer any medications they might need as well as give them potty breaks. If they need a walk during the day, that will be an additional fee. I will take care of the household, like taking out the trash or watering plants etc. Every morning I'll text you an update and send you pictures.
What makes me different?
I will take every opportunity to stimulate your dog's mind, including training reinforcement, and play. You have the choice for me to walk your dog alone or have them socialize with other dogs. I will not walk more than three dogs together.
This is for your dog's safety as well as the other people's on the sidewalk, and to give your dog the personalized attention they need. I will also take them into the woods or the beach to encourage mental stimulation.
